2 x 2 MEMS Switch Matrix
This example shows the efficient simulation of a MEMS 2 x 2 switch matrix. All thin metallizations and nitride sheets have been considered for accurate simulation of the MEMS switches. The matrix consists out of 4 SPDT switches, two 90° bends and an isolating RF cross.
