EMPIRE XCcel v5.15 has been successfully tested on MAC OS X 10.5.3 for both emulated Windows (VMWare Fusion 1.1.3) and Windows booted using the native Apple software Boot Camp. The workflow was fluent under both configurations and a benchmark with a Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz (Core 2 Duo) system showed a performance of 245 MCells/second under the native system, whereas the emulated Windows achieved 221 MCells/second.
